Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G to have 12 5G bands in the global markets and is set to be unveiled in India on September 29. Xiaomi has already confirmed the India launch of Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G. It will be the first smartphone from the company that will be introduced in the country without the Mi branding. The smartphone maker has already confirmed that the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G will come with 12 5G bands.
The pricing sounds very exciting but, is difficult to believe for two reasons. Xiaomi had introduced the Mi 11 Lite 4G variant at the same cost and pricing the 5G variant with better specs won’t be a wise idea. The global variant of the phone is priced at EUR 349 (around Rs 30,300) for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and EUR 399 (around Rs 34,600) for the 8GB RAM+ 128GB storage option.
Even if Xiaomi prices the Indian variant aggressively, it will be optimistic to think that it will cost nearly Rs 10,000 less than the global variant. However, going by Xiaomi’s pricing strategy in the past, the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G may be priced less than Rs 25,000 for sure.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi has already confirmed that the phone will come with 12 5G bands. The Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G features a 6.55-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) 10-bit flat AMOLED true-colour display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. It runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5.
The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE carries a triple rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter and a 5-megapixel telemacro shooter. The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE packs a 4,250mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.
