Xiaomi CC11 might launch another smartphone in its domestic market China. The smartphone maker has been on a roll in 2021 and has launched multiple devices in different line-ups a strategy that has helped it capture the top spot among smartphone makers globally.
The new smartphone from Xiaomi is expected to be part of the CC11 series and might come in two variants Pro and vanilla. The smartphone was recently spotted on the Chinese certification website TENNA which gives us some idea about its features and specifications.
Xiaomi had launched the CC9 in China last year. The same smartphone was later rebranded as the Note 10 series for the global markets including India. The smartphone maker may follow a similar strategy with the CC11 and launch it other markets as the Redmi Note 11.
The TENNA listing reveals that the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone may feature a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with 1,080 x 2,400 px resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is also tipped to have a 90Hz refresh rate. It’s worth mentioning that both the Redmi Note 10 Pro and Note 10 Pro Max were launched with 120Hz displays in India.
The phone measures 160.5×75.7×6.81mm and is relatively lightweight at 157 grams. That’s exactly the weight of the Mi 11 Lite which was introduced as the lightest smartphone of this year. The new Xiaomi smartphone is tipped to come with a 4,150mAh battery despite its thin form factor.
The phone will be available in multiple colour options: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue another Blue, Purple, Black and White. The smartphone is also tipped to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G or 780G processor. The phone will come with 6GB, 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB, 256GB or 512GB storage.
Along with this, the Xiaomi CC11 series is also likely to feature a 64-megapixel main camera. The Pro model should ship with a better 108-megapixel sensor. The Pro on this generation will reportedly have a 5x periscope lens. The phone is likely to feature a 20-megapixel selfie camera.
